Our farm fresh quail eggs are boiled to perfection, hand peeled, and pickled using just a few simple ingredients. Every batch is then hand jarred in a 16 oz glass mason jar and processed to maintain freshness.
 
Pickled quail eggs taste great sliced and added to your favorite dishes, salads or just as a snack. They’re a fun addition to any charcuterie board too.
 
The great thing about picked egg is that they are always ready to enjoy.  With them being pickled, they maintain the freshness so when you are on that camping or hunting trip, ball game or concert, or just watching tv in your home you can have fresh eggs.
